Commercial Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a candidate who embodies our principles: Lead by Example: Take ownership and set the standard. Be Consistent: Deliver quality results, every time. Hungry: Driven to learn, grow, and improve. Better Together: Value collaboration and team success. Client Focused: Keep the tenant and owner experience at the forefront. Have Fun: Bring a positive energy to the workplace.  Requirements: Key Responsibilities Execute daily work orders generated by tenant requests and Property Managers ranging from minor repairs to routine preventative maintenance. Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and general HVAC maintenance Liaise with tenants regarding work order status, scheduling, and resolution with a high level of professionalism. Assist in identifying preventative maintenance opportunities Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and within required timelines Accurately log work hours, materials, and completion notes daily via a company-provided mobile device. Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule  Qualifications Experience: At least 3 years of professional maintenance experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in general building repairs;  Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license, Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour. Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance options. SIMPLE IRAPaid Time Off (PTO) Phone allowance and company vehicle will be provided PI7b76f243ea5a-37483-39963683
