This role serves as a strategic partner and right-hand to Vittal, leading initiatives to elevate testing discipline, test data strategy, automation maturity, and overall engineering quality. The position requires deep technical credibility combined with program leadership expertise.Key Responsibilities:Quality Engineering Transformation: Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to mature testing strategy, automation frameworks, and quality governance across complex systems.Test Data Management & Virtualization: Drive synthetic data strategy, artificial dataset creation, and response simulation to enable scalable and efficient testing environments.Technical Engagement: Partner closely with engineering teams on architecture discussions including databases, security, networking, latency, and performance considerations (approx. 60% technical focus).Automation & Performance Strategy: Support and influence Selenium-based automation initiatives, performance testing, and broader quality engineering frameworks.Program Leadership & Reporting: Manage transformation roadmaps, track progress against a structured 30-60-90 day plan, and deliver bi-weekly updates.
