This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a larger, well‑resourced organization through MITY.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channelsAssist in writing and creating engaging content for brochures, websites, email campaigns, and social platformsSupport strategy development for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital advertisingConduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze market and industry trendsCollaborate cross‑functionally with sales and internal teams to ensure alignmentCreate and manage sales enablement materials to support lead generation and dealer successPartner with the sales team to support dealer relationships and marketing needsMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics toolsStay current on marketing best practices and healthcare industry trendsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related roleProven experience supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiativesStrong understanding of performance marketing and advertising strategiesExperience using analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in the medical device or healthcare industry
