This full-time role involves subsurface exploration, sample collection, and drilling support for projects throughout Oklahoma and other states.We are hiring for both entry-level and experienced positions. No experience is required—we provide full training. If you enjoy working outdoors, performing hands-on tasks, and are looking for career growth opportunities, this role is for you!Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour + OvertimeCareer Growth & Professional DevelopmentFull benefits package, paid training, and CDL advancement opportunitiesWhat You’ll Do:Assist the Lead Driller in mobilizing and operating drilling rigsSupport geotechnical and environmental subsurface exploration by collecting soil and water samples and logging boreholesHandle drill tooling and materials while maintaining a safe work environmentWork with various drilling methods, including Auger Drilling, Mud Rotary, Rock Coring, Air Rotary/Hammer, and Casing Advancer techniquesPerform physical labor, such as stacking drill pipes, shoveling drill cuttings, and lifting heavy equipmentConduct routine maintenance on assigned equipment and vehicles under the guidance of the Driller/MechanicFollow safety procedures and regulations (OSHA and AIMRIGHT’s Health & Safety plan)Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as requiredAssist in building and yard maintenance as neededWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma or Equivalent required.Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record.Physical ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs repetitively.Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk for long periods.Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, or dry).Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.Interest in learning drilling operations and field techniques.Preferred Qualifications:➕ Diesel mechanic skills are a plus.➕ Commercial Class A CDL license is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.Full Benefits Package:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistance401(k) with employer matchPaid Training & Career Advancement Opportunities.Opportunities to obtain a CDL and industry certifications.Stable, Growing Company with a Family-Oriented Culture.Work Schedule:Monday – Friday (overtime & weekends as needed)Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week.Start your career in geotechnical & environmental drilling with AIMRIGHT!Apply today and join a company that C.A.R.E.S. about its people and clients.
