This entry-level role is perfect for someonewho enjoys working hands-on with technology while building strong relationshipswith internal and external customers. You will provide on-site technicalsupport, equipment installation, and field service across CentralPennsylvania-so being comfortable with daily travel is essential.We're looking for a self-starter who not only solves technical challengesbut also approaches each visit with a service and sales mindset-identifyingopportunities to improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance theoverall customer experience.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliverexceptional IT support by troubleshooting, resolving, and following up ontechnical issues.Install,configure, and maintain IT systems, software, and hardware for multiplelocations.Providehands-on support for Gilbarco POS systems, fuel dispensers, camerasystems, audio systems, and PCs.Manage your ownservice schedule, providing timely solutions and proactive communication.Travel dailyacross Central PA to deliver on-site support and strengthen customerrelationships.Participate intraining programs and continually develop product knowledge andsales-focused service skills.Be availablefor an on-call rotational schedule to provide after-hours support whencritical issues arise.RequirementsValid driver'slicense in good standing; must be comfortable with daily travel acrossCentral PA.Ability to liftat least 50 lbs and work from various heights, including ladder work.Willingness towork in varied environments and on a wide range of equipment.Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.Excellentverbal and written communication skills-able to explain solutions andhighlight value to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability toanalyze complex information, prioritize multiple projects, and workindependently or as part of a team. Preferred QualificationsAssociate'sdegree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).Previousexposure to Gilbarco Passport POS or Verifone POS systems.Familiaritywith Wayne or Gilbarco fuel dispensers.Experience withsecurity camera systems and troubleshooting.Knowledge ofticketing systems for support case management.
