Job Title: Sr. Instructional Designer - E learningLocation: San Jose, CA - OnsiteProject Duration: Long Term ContractRole Responsibilities:Able to implement industry standard instructional design methodologies and e-learning development tools to:Conduct training needs, audience, and content analysisDevelop appropriate instructional strategies, implement performance measurement tools, and training program materials (flowcharts, storyboards, visual aids, participant manuals, job/task aids, user guides)Design a variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids or products, and other programs as needed.Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts.Create outcome-based objectives for learning or performance for students and instructors.Write scripts that include introductions, body, transitions, and summary in conversational, active voice to match comprehension levels of target audiencesUse a variety of authoring and software applications for developing web-based instructionDevelop audiovisual display designs that include screen layouts and human-machine interfaces, and course support materials and documentationDemonstrate an understanding of the relationship between storyboard production and courseware productionEvaluate instructional programs and processDevelop and implement formative and summative evaluation plansDetermine appropriate mitigation strategies to address findings of instructional program evaluations.Required Qualifications:5+ years’ experience in learning strategies, structured methods, and approaches to meet business schedule and budget objectives5+ years of Instructional Design experience including working with e-learning integration standards and building e-learning courseware2+ years of experience developing courseware using prominent authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalents tools, as well as emerging development tools such as video, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality tools and platforms.2+ years of experience effectively communicating with key stakeholders in consulting and digital transformation businesses to gather and provide information.If interested, share your resume to ( Manikandan.b@highbrowtechnology.com )
