Identity and access management is a key roadmap priority, and this role will play a critical part in implementing and scaling SailPoint, onboarding enterprise applications, and improving identity lifecycle and access governance.This role focuses on strengthening identity hygiene, automating provisioning, and supporting compliance driven access controls while partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToImplement, configure, and support the SailPoint IAM platform including IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Lead application onboarding into SailPoint including provisioning workflows and entitlement modeling Build and maintain identity lifecycle processes covering joiner mover and leaver scenarios Implement role-based access control and manage access certifications and governance campaigns Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory Azure AD Entra enterprise applications and cloud platforms Support identity hygiene initiatives such as access rationalization and entitlement cleanup Partner with security infrastructure and service teams to strengthen identity governance practices Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell Python or APIs where appropriate Support SOX and audit driven access controls through effective identity governance processes Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong hands on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Deep understanding of IAM fundamentals including role based access control provisioning access certifications and identity lifecycle management Experience integrating IAM platforms with Active Directory Azure AD Entra and enterprise applications Ability to work cross functionally with engineering security and infrastructure teams in complex enterprise environments Experience working in hybrid cloud environments including AWS Azure or GCP Background in security infrastructure engineering or enterprise systems integration Experience supporting SOX or other compliance driven environments Compensation range for this position is $130,500 - $181,500/year DOE.Benefits and bonus information can be found at https://www.redcloudconsulting.com/careersRedCloud requires employees have the legal ability to work in the country hired during their employment period.
