Job Purpose The Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist will collaborate with the marketing, sales and taproom team to develop, create and execute graphic design and brand elements, manage the company website & manage our social media platforms. This role is responsible for creating our overall brand guidelines, daily graphic execution & engaging content for social media. The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and has a passion for craft beer. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Graphic Design Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, create, execute & manage the company brand guidelines and overall brand across all communication channels & audiences. Develop all signage, poster and banner requests for the taproom, sales and marketing events. Create all social media graphic elements & ads. Assist in maintaining the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. Assist in maintaining all the company social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram & Twitter accounts. Oversee the design and user experience of the online shop (Shopify). Edit product images for the online merchandise store. Demonstrate excellence in graphic design, typography, and photo art direction. Stay current with the latest design & industry trends & applies knowledge to applicable work. Perform other duties as assigned. Social Media Responsibilities Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, including video content and stories. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, user feedback, and insights to improve engagement and brand awareness. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and user-generated content in a timely and personable manner. Coordinate with Director of Sales & Marketing and other team members to ensure a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and/or social media. Proficient in Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) & Canva software programs. Experience with photography and image editing software is preferred. Advanced understanding of online multimedia applications & capabilities. Excellent team player and problem-solver capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail oriented in the execution and follow-up of work. Physical Requirements Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and work on a computer. Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED Wage Range: $20-$23/hour This position could be hybrid or fully remote; however, monthly visits to the brewery in Two Harbors would be ideal to engage with our team, our brand, and our culture.
