Program Manager – Business Infrastructure & DataUS – RemoteI’m supporting a leading life sciences organisation with the appointment of a Program Manager to support a growing business infrastructure and data function.This role will sit at the centre of multiple cross-functional projects, helping ensure workstreams stay on track, risks are identified early, and leadership has clear visibility of progress.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects and workstreams across business, IT, data and technology teams.Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies.Own risk and issue registers, proactively flagging risks and driving resolution.Coordinate meetings, actions and decision-making across multiple stakeholders.Create and maintain dashboards and executive reporting to provide clear visibility of project health.Work with Power BI and related tools to improve reporting and portfolio visibility.Track dependencies, deliverables and critical path activities across projects.Support process improvement and development of scalable operating processes.Prepare executive-level updates covering progress, risks, issues and upcoming priorities.Ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed through.Ideal Background7+ years' experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, Business Operations or Technology/IT Program Management.Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within pharma, biotech, life sciences or another highly regulated environment.Strong experience with project planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination.Experience building or managing Power BI dashboards is highly desirable.Strong Microsoft 365 / SharePoint experience and familiarity with tools such as Power Apps, Smartsheet or similar.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical, business and senior leadership teams.Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple priorities.This would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on with projects, data and dashboards, while also having the stakeholder management skills to keep complex programs moving.
