Job ResponsibilityHands-on maintenance, upgrade, migration and administration of SAP ApplicationsManaging, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing SAP ApplicationsProactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to Applications teamCollaborate with various cross-functional teams to configure Integrations.Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by the vendors.Skill Set7+ years' experience with SAP Applications (S/4, BPC, GRC, BRIM, SOLMAN, PO/SLD)2+ years of experience in SAP RISE.SAP S/4 upgrade and migration from on-prem to SAP RISEStrong understanding of OpenText cloud xECMStrong understanding of SAP BTP, Cloud Connector & SFTP serversAssist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environmental issues as they arise.Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required.Strong understanding of SAP Basis and Security functions.Provide administration and operations of the SAP ApplicationsSAP GRC configuration for Access Provisioning, new roles build for SAP BRIM Application.Ensure issues are analyzed discussed and resolved in a timely manner.Identify and perform the daily production administration tasks.Utilize the Dashboards to monitor processes.SAP Transport management and Deployment of Transports to environments.Review EWA reports and work with team members on potential problems and issues.SAP GUI installation and support for end-users.Servicenow ITSM experience is plus.
