Role : Infrastructure Program ManagerLocation : Avon Lake, OH – onsite -------------ONLY ON W2Role Purpose: Responsible for the strategy, operation, support, and lifecycle management of core infrastructure platforms globallyKey Responsibilities:Lead global infrastructure operations, engineering, and support teams.Own enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Exchange OnlineOversee server, cloud, endpoint management, identity, messaging, and infrastructure services.Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology roadmaps.Coordinate infrastructure support provided by LTM and other service providers.Ensure operational stability, security, resilience, and compliance of infrastructure services.Provide technical leadership, escalation management, and vendor coordination for critical infrastructure issues
