Field Superintendent

The Superintendent position is responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities to ensure projects are maintained on track through completion. This role carries direct responsibility for problem solving and mitigating risk onsite through regular communication with client contacts, site foremen, and project management team. It handles safety assurance, manpower production, and quality standards. You’ll be expected to stay proactive, communicate clearly, and bring value by helping maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable balancing multiple projects, field crews, and client relationships without constant oversight.
