We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership within a fast-paced Customer Care organization. This role requires exceptional calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and executive support skills while partnering with leaders across multiple business functions.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting executives at the VP or SVP level, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex executive calendars and scheduling priorities.Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple business groups.Schedule meetings with vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.Prepare meeting logistics and ensure timely follow-up on action items.Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership.Travel & Expense ManagementCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.Process expense reports and reimbursement requests.Track approvals and ensure timely completion of administrative workflows.Manage travel-related documentation and logistics.Administrative CoordinationManage DocuSign requests and approval processes.Submit and track requests through internal systems.Coordinate workspace planning and office accommodations.Assist with seating arrangements and office logistics.Event & Team SupportOrganize team meetings, leadership events, and employee gatherings.Coordinate catering, meeting rooms, and event logistics.Partner with other Executive Assistants to support organizational initiatives.Assist with special projects and administrative requests as needed.Required QualificationsMust-Have Skills5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience.Strong calendar management and executive scheduling experience.Experience supporting VP, SVP, Director, or executive-level leadership.Domestic and international travel coordination experience.Expense reporting and reimbursement processing.Advanced Microsoft Office skills:OutlookExcelPowerPointWordExcellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting senior leadership within large corporate environments.Strong event coordination and meeting management experience.Experience with DocuSign and approval workflow systems.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
