Carpet Cleaning Technician

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing a customer centric service experience through our wide range of service options. This Position Offers A Base Salary PLUS Commission Based Compensation Responsibilities: Performing services in customers homes Driving to and from job sites Keeping vehicle and equipment maintained Provide information about our products and services and communicating value Troubleshoot and resolve service issues Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our scope of services Build customer loyalty and repeat service Qualifications: Previous experience in service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional skills and experiences a plus, but not required: Preparing estimates and sales experience Knowledge of carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, carpet repair, air duct cleaning, granite countertop cleaning, marble floor cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning.
