If you love analyzing numbers and talking to people, this will be the perfect position for you!Compensation: $18.75Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5Location: Dallas - 100% on-siteJob DescriptionAnalyze and process incoming life insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Communicate with life insurance agents or their staff via email or telephone to follow up on missing requirements or clarify information.Enter data into proprietary home office systems.Submit life insurance applications or contracting paperwork to the appropriate carriers through various delivery systems.Process paperwork quickly and efficiently.Handle inbound and outbound calls when neededJob RequirementsExperience: 1 year in a processing role/order entry, meeting daily production goals and quality metrics.Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.Organized and Motivated: Self-starter with a high level of motivation.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyHigh energy and excellent attitudeTeam environmentOrganized, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPrideStaff (North Dallas location) is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.
