This role involves planning and executing effective training initiatives, troubleshooting issues for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with global training processes.RelationshipsReports to Manager.Essential FunctionsSupport managers in planning and improving training for onboarding new and current employeesMaintain the integrity of the training system, support in the creation and development of curriculum and job functionsCollaborate with business units and international process groups to enhance training effectivenessEnsure efficient communication channels to ensure stakeholder input is acted upon promptlyProvide proactive updates on training processes and content to site business unitsTrain and support employees in the use of the learning management systems, training trackers, and other training tools as neededBundle training content locally according to Novo Nordisk training administration rulesSupport managers, subject matter experts, and training partners in identifying relevant training and creating effective training plansManage performance reports, maintain LMS documentation, and serve as the local superuser for training IT systemsFollow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of dutiesPerform all duties ethically and compliantly, incorporating the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in every interactionPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Education or related field from an accredited university requiredIn lieu of a bachelor's degree, may consider an associate’s degree in human resources, education, or related field from an accredited university with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant training experience in a GMP environment or related industry requiredIn lieu of a bachelor's degree, may consider a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant training experience in a GMP environment or related industry required1 year of Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferredAbility to organize, coordinate, & track multiple task and events requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, ExcelHigh attention to detail and strong logical reasoning skills requiredWell-developed inter-personal skills and ability to work well within teams requiredProven, effective project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external partners toward the achievement of common goals requiredWe commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.At Novo Nordisk, we're not chasing quick fixes – we're creating lasting change for long-term health.
