Behavior Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated *Registered Behavior Technician.* In this role, you will work one-on-one with individuals, primarily children, diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:
* Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
* Collect data during sessions to track progress
* Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
* Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
* Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
* Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
* Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
The candidate we are looking for will have:
* Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Compassion and patient approach when working with children
* Reliable transportation
* RBT Certification (OR at least open to becoming certified)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
