Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Salem, WV. The Telecaller will engage with clients over the phone to provide information about the company’s interior solutions and services. The role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of communication. The Telecaller will also play a key role in following up with potential and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster strong business relationships. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on clear and professional phone etiquetteAbility to handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about products and servicesExperience in lead generation, follow-up, and maintaining customer relationshipsProficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactionsBasic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) toolsProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environmentExperience in sales or customer service is a plusFluency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are advantageous
