For our client located in Basel, Switzerland we are currently looking for 3 consultants to support with Workday Prism starting from December:1 Functional lead (m/f/d)2 Technical Workday discovery role (m/f/d)General Information:Duration: 01/12/2024 to 31/05/2025Workload: 100%Location: remote / EuropeContract: FreelanceWorkday Discovery Boards:Analyze and create Workday Discovery Boards.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather data requirements.Build visually appealing and insightful dashboards.Ensure data accuracy and relevance in reports.Customize and maintain Discovery Boards as per user needs.Train end-users on utilizing Discovery Boards effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.Stay updated on Workday updates and new features.Optimize and enhance reporting capabilities.Support data-driven decision-making within the organization.Stakeholder Management - Reporting:Identify and engage stakeholders for reporting needs.Gather and understand stakeholder reporting requirements.Develop and maintain a reporting communication plan.Create and distribute regular reports to stakeholders.Ensure data security and compliance with reporting.Address stakeholder queries and concerns.Collaborate with data analysts and report developers.Evaluate and improve reporting processes.Ensure reporting aligns with organizational goals.Provide insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.User Training and Knowledge Management on Reporting:Develop training materials and resources for reporting tools.Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.Provide one-on-one coaching for report users.Create and maintain a knowledge base for reporting.Update training materials based on software updates.Gather user feedback and enhance training programs.Monitor user proficiency and address skill gaps.Promote self-service reporting capabilities among users.Ensure users can generate meaningful insights from reports.Support continuous learning and skill development.Change Management:Develop and implement change management strategies.Assess the impact of changes on processes and people.Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.Identify and address resistance to change.Create change management plans and timelines.Train employees on new processes and tools.Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives.Adjust strategies based on feedback and outcomes.Foster a culture of adaptability and innovation.Ensure smooth transitions during organizational changesRequirements:client/pharma previous experiencedHCM program knowledgeWorkday experience - Discovery boards
