Each year, for three weeks in the late summer, the US Open is the focus of the sports & entertainment universe. Passionate fans from around the world come to NYC to be a part of the event that has redefined 'spectacular' and has become a worldwide pop-culture destination. With more than 1 Million on-site visitors, 224 million television viewers worldwide, close to 40 million online visits and more than 3 billion social media engagements in 2025, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team?The RoleEmbed with the USTA Membership team to provide customer service, support membership value proposition fulfillment, and assist with on-site activations during the event.Deliver front-line customer service to USTA members and prospective membersSupport execution of membership benefits and value proposition offeringsAssist with on-site activations, including check-in, engagement, and troubleshootingPerform account lookup and basic issue resolution as neededWho You AreMust be available for any seven (7) days between August 24 and September 13, 2026.Familiarity with USTA Membership programs and systemsExperience with account lookup and customer support processesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, live-event environmentWhat We OfferCompensationTo be paid by the Section Travel Stipend / Hotel Accommodations: USTA will provide 6 hotel nights and a $500 travel stipend.Daily Meal Allowance: A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.Exciting Work Environment: Be part of a dynamic team at a world-class venue, contributing to an unforgettable experience for players, staff, and fans.Come One, Come AllWe strongly encourage you to apply if you're interested; all unique backgrounds and experiences welcome!
