What this job involves:As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects from start to finish. Success will be measured by your ability to develop winning strategies for project execution while contributing to a diverse, supportive, and talented team.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead project teams through all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning through project closeoutDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and proactively addressing needs and concernsCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project executionIdentify potential risks and conflicts early, implementing strategic solutions to keep projects on trackMonitor project progress through regular site visits, meetings, and reporting to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phasesMentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environmentDrive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and outcomesRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in project management or construction managementProven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project delivery processes, blue printsProficiency with project management software and technology tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project or similar)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in fast-paced environmentsValid Drive licensePreferred qualifications:Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED APExperience managing projects in corporate interiors, commercial office, or tenant improvement sectorsKnowledge of sustainable building practices and green building standardsExperience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction technologiesProven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships resulting in repeat business
