Our work environment offers: Opportunities for growth A relaxed and supportive atmosphere Flexible working hours Duties Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential vacation rental properties Fabricate and install fixtures, furniture, and equipment as needed Respond to work orders promptly and prioritize tasks according to urgency Complete routine inspections to identify potential problems and carry out preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Oversee and coordinate subcontractors when required Maintain compliance with safety regulations and keep work areas clean and organized Requirements Reliable transportation and personal tools Strong customer service abilities with clear communication skills for guest interaction Proven experience handling handyman or facility repair tasks Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems Proficiency in English preferred Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail Must clean up their own work thoroughly Must be dependable for on-call fixes when needed Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively Willingness to pass a simple background check Weekday availability preferred Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
