About the Role: We are seeking hands-on Field / Community Recruiters to support participant recruitment for a large-scale, high-volume research studies. This is an execution-focused role requiring both on-the-ground outreach and digital recruiting to help meet weekly participant targets. You will play a key role in building and activating local pipelines through community engagement, outreach, and direct sourcing. Hybrid role combining:

• Onsite presence when needed
• Field/community outreach
• Remote coordination and sourcing
• Flexible schedule, including availability during standard business hours

This is a freelance (1099) contract position with an initial project duration of approximately 1-2 months, with the potential for additional project-based work till the end of the year.
