Sr Proposal Writer - US Remote

As a team, our Growth Enablement group is responsible for supporting the efforts of both our business development teams in securing partnership with new clients and our operational teams in retaining those we already partner with, via the submission of both pro-active proposals and formal bid responses.Reporting to our international writing lead, the successful candidate will join an internationally distributed team working in close collaboration with partners from across our organization from sales and pricing to supply chain and other specialists. They will be responsible for ensuring our responses speak to the unique needs of each bid, to best position our capabilities as a relocation partner.Core Responsibilities:- End-to-end completion of tender documents (e.g., PQQs/RFI/RFPs)- Management and coordination of projects including Subject Matter Expert (SME) engagement and action assignment- Quality Control via reviewing and proofing other writers’ projects- Maintenance of assigned sections within the content library- Proactive work with internal teams to articulate success stories through case study development and service description updatesKey Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication- Ability to juggle multiple projects & deadlines- Ability to adapt to strategy, and customize responses to encompass audience values, or competitive advantages (win themes)- Organization and project management
