Self-Motivated Construction Estimator/PM with experience in JOC/IDIQ, GMP, Design-Build, CMAR, Lump Sum engagement. Position calls for experience ranging in Private, Government, Religious/Non-Profits, Multi-family, Education. History of estimating projects ranging from $1M-$10M. Ability to leverage experience to develop expedited scope of work that will decrease schedule overrides and cost to customers. Overseeing Pre-construction from Take-off to subcontracts purchase orders and overall project budget/profitability. Ensuring project is on time and budget according to plans.
