Front Desk Receptionist/scheduler

Position: Receptionist
Location: Hayden, Idaho
Schedule: Full time
Pay: DOE
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally
Schedule estimates and service appointments
Handle basic customer inquiries and route calls to the appropriate team member
Maintain calendars, customer records, and job information
Assist with invoicing, payments, and light administrative tasks
Support office operations as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent phone étiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior receptionist or office experience preferred (but not required)
Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
