Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This position offers an energetic work atmosphere where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our logistics processes. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment utilizing RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and load & unload techniques Maintain organized shelving and stocking procedures to ensure quick access and proper stock rotation Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Conduct data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping & receiving logs, and inventory updates Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall operational efficiency Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software, and Microsoft Office tools Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Strong attention to detail for data entry, order picking & packing, and stock management tasks Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external vendors when needed Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and logistics best practices Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Join us as a Warehouse Associate if you’re eager to grow your career in a fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real impact.
