We are committed to providing efficient and trusted testing solutions for a wide range of industries.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Testing Onboarding Agent based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Testing Onboarding Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with the onboarding process, ensuring smooth preparation for exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support, guiding users through account setup, troubleshooting issues, and answering inquiries about the examination process. The agent will also maintain detailed records of customer interactions and utilize feedback to improve the onboarding experience.QualificationsMust be fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with and support Vietnamese-speaking candidates throughout the onboarding processExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for assisting clients with onboarding and addressing their inquiriesTechnical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in documenting customer interactionsStrong organizational abilities and multitasking skills to manage multiple clients' onboarding simultaneouslyProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar systemsAbility to work effectively in a structured on-site environment at our Salt Lake City, UT officePrevious experience in customer support, technical support, or related fields is an advantageAbility to learn and adapt to new platforms, tools, and company processes quicklyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
