Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in performing accounting and administrative tasks for multiple TEiC projects, including field purchasing, electronic timekeeping, overseeing site hire-in processes, completing hiring and termination forms, preparing weekly cost summaries, and providing internal and customer reporting as required. Reporting directly to the Field Accounting Supervisor, the Project Coordinator ensures efficient project operations and adherence to financial and administrative procedures.Financial ManagementCoordinate site purchasing for various job items, including rental tools and equipmentMaintain an organized purchase order log to track expenditures accuratelyProject ExecutionEnter employee time into InEight daily and reconcile discrepancies as neededAssist with completing weekly forecasting reports to track project milestones and financial performanceComplete all necessary internal and external customer reporting accurately and timelyCollaborationMaintain effective communication with both the site team and corporate office throughout the project durationProvide employees with proper forms to make any payroll changes and submit completed paperwork to the payroll departmentOrganizational LeadershipSupport local office and shop personnel with administrative tasks such as expense reports, job number setup, opportunity tracking, and project award trackingAssist in proposal development and proposal estimates as neededProvide administrative support, including tool trailer inspection and maintenance logsCoordinate the hire-in process for all project employees and ensure proper completion of all documentationQuality ControlMaintain confidential employee files at the corporate office during projects and submit them to human resources following project completionEnsure all hire-in paperwork, including company-specific and regulatory documentation, is accurately preparedRequirementsA.S. degree in business administration or accounting preferredStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitask effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and experience with Deltek CostpointExcellent communication skills, both written and oralExperience managing conflict and mentoring team membersConstruction project management software proficiencyStrong analytical abilities and knowledge of industry regulationsBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Effective on your first day!
