LHH is partnering with a nonprofit organization seeking a part-time, temporary Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership. This is a 3–6 month opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to executives and stakeholders. The anticipated hourly rate is $28–$32 per hour. Experience utilizing Google Suite is required.Schedule & Work ArrangementStart: ASAP, with a target start date the week of September 14Duration: 3–6 monthsHours: 20 hours per weekWork setup: RemoteKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and members of the leadership team.Oversee complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and proactively manage competing scheduling priorities.Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.Maintain accurate travel records and ensure calendars are updated with all necessary information.Prepare, organize, and reconcile executive expense reports.Coordinate executive dinners, leadership meetings, conferences, team events, and other special engagements.Manage event logistics, including restaurant reservations, menus, seating arrangements, and vendor coordination.Support annual gifting programs and assist with special projects as assigned.Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for executives, colleagues, vendors, external partners, stakeholders, and members.Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.Assist executives with everyday technology platforms, including Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms, and internal AI tools.Support the organization's transition to Google Workspace and learn new systems and processes quickly.Utilize Embers for expense reporting and related administrative processes.Anticipate needs, respond to changing priorities, and take initiative to ensure deadlines are consistently met.Manage high-volume, transactional administrative work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Provide a high level of service and build strong relationships with stakeholders and members.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is highly proactive, tech-savvy, organized, and confident working directly with stakeholders and members. This individual should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, navigating changing priorities, and getting things done without needing constant direction.Highly organized and comfortable managing transactional, high-volume administrative work.Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative.Tech-savvy and confident learning and navigating new systems and platforms.Google Workspace experience strongly preferred.Experience working within or supporting a transition to Google Workspace is a major plus.Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect well with stakeholders and members.Comfortable working independently while staying organized and on schedule.Adaptable and able to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology.Strong attention to detail and a high degree of follow-through.Polished, professional, and service-oriented approach.Able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.QualificationsPrevious experience supporting senior-level executives; VP, SVP, or C-suite experience is highly preferred.Strong background in complex calendar management, administrative coordination, and domestic/international travel.Experience with expense reporting systems; Embers experience is a plus.Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience transitioning between technology platforms is highly valued.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and manage competing priorities.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
