Key Responsibilities * Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring scalability and efficiency. * Design, procure, and qualify production tooling, fixtures, and equipment. * Lead pilot production runs, identify issues, and drive corrective actions. * Collaborate with design engineering to implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles. * Create, review, and maintain comprehensive manufacturing work instructions and process documentation. * Facilitate the smooth transition of new products from NPI to volume production. * Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions for NPI-related production issues. Recommended Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering. * 3-5+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing engineering within a production environment. * Proven expertise in applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles. * Demonstrated experience in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures. * Strong project management skills with a track record of launching new products from prototype to mass production.
