Support the College's High School Partnerships Department.
Process registrations for dual credit students.
Assist and participate in assigned activities associated with the High School Partnerships department.
Data entry for sponsorships for billing purposes.
Assist with various grant oversight.
Requisition, maintain, and monitor various budgets in high school partnerships department.
Maintain a good working relationship with faculty, staff, students, and area K-12 school districts.
Manage and perform various office tasks as assigned.
Frequent (34-66%)
Establish and maintain records and reports as assigned.
Plan, attend, and participate in meetings, take minutes, and distribute accordingly.
Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, Excel, Google Docs, and college systems.
Occasional (10-33%)
Assist the HSP department with annual events.
Prepare and process student opinion surveys.
Other duties as assigned.

SPECIAL DEMANDS
Sedentary to light work. Position involves sitting most of the time. Constant (67-100%) reaching, standing, walking, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions and viewing various types of close visual work. Frequent (34-66%) stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and carrying. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and 10 pounds of force frequently. Required to utilize personal vehicle for some travel. Will require flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An associate degree with two or more years of experience in a related area required. Knowledge of the K-12 school system is preferred.
Salary: $21.21 per hour
