The projects will be with major airports across the United States.What a day at EXP has in store for youLead design efforts in some or all of the following areas:Airfield geometryAirfield pavement designAirfield lighting and signageUtility installation and relocationConstruction phasingAirport access roads and security facilitiesLandside transportation facilitiesPrepare contract documents, specifications, reports, and detailed cost estimatesConstruction administrationAssist With Aviation Group Project Management And Business DevelopmentLead meetings and team membersMentor team membersProject proposalsTechnical reports, presentations and client communicationsTask delivery, budget management and quality controlSupervise the work of junior team membersMake a positive contribution to the overall team culture and environmentWhat Your Experience Looks LikeBachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer10+ years of experience7+ years of experience with aviation/Airfield related projectsSolid client relations and business development experience (preferred)Proven Project ManagerProficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, MSProject and InDesign. Photoshop & Illustrator a plus.Deep knowledge of the regional market, drivers and trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write persuasively.Experience with governmental forms required for proposal submissions.Must display strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in accomplishing the firm’s internal and external marketing objectives.Must be a strategic thinker.Must have the ability to travel 20% of the time.The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
