This role partners closely with operations leadership and frontline teams to establish quality standards, conduct regular inspections and audits, address deficiencies, and drive continuous improvement across custodial and facility operations. The QA/QC Manager plays a critical role in maintaining safe, clean, and compliant environments by monitoring service delivery, standard operating procedures, training effectiveness, and regulatory adherence across multiple locations.High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, facilities operations, custodial services, or building services management.Demonstrated experience conducting inspections, audits, and performance evaluations in a multi‐site environment.Strong working knowledge of custodial processes, chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety programs, and compliance documentation.Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‐up skills.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel between mutliple locations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience using CMMS or inspection tracking systems preferred.Valid driver's license required.Conduct routine quality assurance audits and inspections across assigned facilities to ensure services meet ABM and client standards.Monitor and document custodial and facilities performance, identifying gaps in cleanliness, safety, compliance, and procedural execution.Partner with Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, and Leads to address quality deficiencies and implement corrective action plans.Track recurring issues, trends, and performance metrics; provide data‐driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines, safety programs, chemical handling protocols, and applicable state and local regulations.Support onboarding and ongoing training efforts by validating SOP adherence, work methods, and quality standards.Participate in client walkthroughs, inspections, and review meetings, serving as a quality representative when needed.Assist in preparing for external audits, readiness reviews, and special inspections.Maintain clear, accurate documentation related to inspections, findings, and resolution status.Collaborate with leadership to support district‐wide initiatives, seasonal readiness, and special projects.
