Administrative Secretary - Nursing

ADMNISTRATIVE SECRETARY - NURSING DESCRIPTION: ETBU seeks a qualified individual with strong administrative and clerical skills. Past work experience, preferably secretarial experience in a multi-person office that required organization, communication, correspondence, and use of personal computer software is preferred. The applicant should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent organization skills with an ability to efficiently manage multiple concurrent tasks in a detail-oriented setting. The applicant should have the ability to use standard office equipment – copier, printer, scanner, fax machine, as well as computer software such as Microsoft Office programs in Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, POISE, and Adobe Acrobat. EDUCATION: High School diploma required; Some college preferred.
