Learn more at:About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Coordinator/Host to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time (40 hour/week) position, paid on an hourly basis. Scheduling is flexible within our 6-day operating week.As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will be responsible for responding to messages in a timely manner, providing exceptional service, and supporting Feldmar's Client Advisors by collaborating to answer inquiries and develop sales leads.Additionally, you'll play a key role in creating memorable in-store experiences and maintaining the high standards Feldmar is known for by welcoming and acknowledging guests, setting expectations during busy times, and offering refreshments.ResponsibilitiesProvide responses to inquiries on digital platforms (email inboxes, Customer Resource Management software, social media, etc)Accurately log interactions and transactions in the CRM systemAssist with incoming calls and address them appropriately (routing to Client Advisors, taking messages, etc)Assist with all inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and elevated client experienceHosting responsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them in entering into queue, as neededOffer refreshments to showroom clientsEnsure bar stock/suppliesParticipate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continually improve performanceQualificationsProven experience in client relations, retail sales, or customer serviceStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to provide tailored recommendations and resolve issues efficientlyPassion for timepieces and interest in the watch industry is preferredFamiliarity with CRM or POS systems is a plusTeam player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learnMust be able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CARequired SkillsAbility to read/write English fluentlyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in client relations, retail sales, or customer serviceBasic computer skills (email, word processing, messaging platforms)Ability to multitask by responding to multiple inquiries simultaneouslyPreferred SkillsPassion for timepieces, familiarity with CRM or POS systems.
