Mind Body Medicine Program SupportCoordinate daily operations and administrative activities for Mind Body Medicine programsSupport the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of health education programsCoordinate health education activities with department leaders and multidisciplinary educatorsPrepare annual schedules for patient classes and health care provider in-service educationSupport individual consultations and Mind Body Medicine interventions, as appropriateII. Health Education & Curriculum DevelopmentServe as an education resource for staff in inpatient, ambulatory care, and military community settingsPlan, develop, review, and update curricula for patient, staff, and provider educationReview educational and marketing materials for accuracy, relevance, and audience fitKeep current on health education methods, teaching strategies, instructional tools, and program evaluation practicesDevelop and promote Train-the-Trainer programs for professional staffIII. Program Evaluation & Quality ImprovementConduct program evaluations, surveys, and assessments to identify patient needs and education prioritiesSupport program improvement by evaluating instructor effectiveness and helping train educatorsMaintain professional standards through program reviews, research, assessments, and revisionsParticipate in performance improvement, continuing education, in-service training, and required meetingsMaintain program records, workload data, reports, and education-related documentationIV. Outreach, Events & Resource CoordinationCoordinate workshops, health fairs, displays, and other special education-focused eventsPromote assigned education programs to staff and patients across the medical center and branch clinicsServe as a liaison with military, community, health care, support, and education resourcesHelp coordinate educational pamphlets, audiovisual materials, and other program suppliesV.
