Overview In this role you will lead reliability initiatives on the Reliability Engineering team to improve system performance and availability. You’ll design and evaluate reliability studies and DOE concepts, guiding design or test methods to meet targets. You’ll analyze performance data to uncover drivers of failure and implement measurable improvements. This position sits at the Fort Worth facility and offers collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance to maximize uptime and mission readiness.
