The physician provides primary care in an outpatient setting. Will follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Primary Care service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care. Minimum Education Requirement : Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board Eligible or Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
