Executive AssistantWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and sharp Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional admin work - you will act as a strategic partner, helping drive priorities, manage operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.Key Responsibilities1. Calendar & Scheduling ManagementManage complex calendars across multiple time zonesPrioritize meetings based on business impactCoordinate internal and external stakeholders2. Travel & LogisticsEnd-to-end travel planning (domestic & international)Manage itineraries, bookings, visas, and last-minute changesEnsure seamless travel experience for leadership3. Communication ManagementDraft, review, and manage emails and correspondenceFollow up with internal teams and external partnersAct as a gatekeeper and point of contact4. Project & Execution SupportTrack key initiatives and ensure deadlines are metDrive follow-ups and accountability across teamsSupport execution of strategic projects5. Strategic SupportAssist leadership in prioritization and decision-makingPrepare summaries, notes, and action plansAnticipate needs and proactively solve problemsRequirementsFluent in spoken and written English3–6+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleStrong experience in: Calendar management, Travel coordination, Project trackingExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and responsivenessComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentNice to HaveExperience supporting founders or senior executivesFamiliarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CRM toolsExperience working in remote or global teamsWhat We're Looking ForHighly proactive and ownership-drivenStrong problem-solving mindsetAbility to think ahead and stay two steps ahead of leadershipSomeone who can execute and drive outcomes, not just manage tasksWork Timing - 9am - 5pm CST
