Oilfield Sales Manager

Job Overview Serca Oilfield Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Oilfield Sales Manager to grow revenue by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new business within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with proven oilfield experience and an established book of business who can immediately contribute to company growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities to expand product and service usage. Develop new customer relationships and actively pursue new business within the assigned region. Promote, present, and sell company products and services; manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups. Establish effective field sales coverage and maintain accurate customer and sales activity records. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations. Assist with sales tools, promotional materials, and regional marketing initiatives. Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and support regional budget planning. Submit weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates. Participate in required product training and maintain strong product knowledge. Promote a professional, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment. Support company Strategic, Quality, and Safety objectives. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in oilfield sales or business development. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Existing book of business and industry contacts strongly preferred. Strong understanding of oilfield products, services, and operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. Willingness to travel within assigned territory Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
