Pay: $60,000 Per Year + Commission

JOB DESCRIPTION
We here at Bright Horizons ABA are on the hunt for a driven and community-connected Outreach & Growth Representative to expand our reach and connect more families with the
services they need. If you love building relationships, hitting targets, and knowing your work directly helps children — this role will energize you every single day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete 12–15 drop-in per day, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day
Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline from lead to active service
Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases and serve as liaison between field staff and headquarters
Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations
Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metrics
SKILLS
Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition
Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results
Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus
