Anova is seeking a Director of Sales and Partner Operations who will play a major role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of sales and partner operations within the company. This individual is an experienced manager of people, process, and projects who will lead a progressively expanding portfolio of sales and partner operation responsibilities to support functions essential to increase salesforce productivity.
About the Role:
Establishing and refining processes and workstreams related to quoting, pricing controls, order entry, contract management, and warranty management. Ensuring alignment with overall business objectives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in these areas.
Monitoring and optimizing the utilization of the Sales Tech Stack to maximize its effectiveness. This involves establishing as the enterprise-wide CRM solution. Additionally, you will be tasked with building out and governing workflows within the CRM, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
Drive business sales reporting and analysis, sales and key KPI dashboard creation, and documentation to provide insights to the health of sales activity, pipeline and forecast on regular basis.
Manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs), oversee the entire RFP process centrally.
Data governance for sales specific data such as customer information and hierarchy, contacts, Salesforce opportunities, and integration of data from 3rd party systems into Salesforce.
Work closely with Marketing/Product team to optimize lead to cash initiatives and drive adherence to lead management SLA's with sales teams and sales management.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales operations team. Build a high-performing team by hiring top talent, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ Years work experience, 5 + in a management role
Experience leading or participating in a high-performance PMO
Motivated self- starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
Balance strong people skills with business acumen, process and detail
Ability to build/network internal & external relationships
Excellent communication capabilities (oral and written communication, listening and presentation skills)
Deep knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
P&L, FP&A, Budgetary Experience
Experience with Sales KPI’s, Quotas, and Compensation
Experience with integration to other visualization applications such as PowerBi, etc.
