Warehouse Associate - Second Shift

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Generalist, you will support various warehouse roles, including Selector, Dock Worker, Palletizer, and more, to ensure community nourishment and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform duties of a Warehouse Worker, utilizing equipment like order pickers and pallet jacks to fulfill customer orders and replenish stock.Build and load pallets, ensuring proper handling of heavy and fragile products.Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF terminals safely and efficiently.Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including cleaning and slot replenishment.Support other roles as needed, including backhauling and porter duties, with flexibility for overtime and cross-departmental tasks.Qualifications & SkillsOne or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.Team-oriented attitude with a focus on community support.Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand, bend, and work on multiple levels.Benefits & Environment: Paid training, weekly pay, health benefits from day one, PTO, holiday pay, safety shoe allowance, career growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.
