Join Burton Electronics Manufacturing Service as a Machine Operator We’re searching for reliable individuals to help operate and support production equipment used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following clear processes, and contributing to a team focused on quality and efficiency. Paid training is provided. Your Role as a Machine Operator: In this position, you will: Operate assigned production equipment according to established procedures. Load materials and components into machines as instructed. Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operation and consistent quality. Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks. Follow work instructions and document production results accurately. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with ISO 9001 and 5S standards. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. What Makes You a Great Fit: We’re looking for team members who: Are reliable and consistent with attendance. Pay close attention to detail and take pride in quality work. Follow instructions carefully and work well within established processes. Are comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Have previous manufacturing, warehouse, mechanical, or machine operation experience (helpful but not required). Candidates with experience operating CNC equipment, automated systems, or computer-controlled machinery may also be a strong fit for our SMT Machine Operator roles, which offer additional technical training and advancement opportunities.
