Job Title: Sr. IT QA AnalystLocation: Whippany, NJ (REMOTE JOB)Duration: 6 Months (Possible for Extension)Shift Time: Mon - Fri | 09 AM - 5:30 PM ESTPAYRATE: $55-60 PER HOUR ON W2Required Skills:Prior experience working in Healthcare/ Pharma domain is required.Strong experience across the end-to-end software testing lifecycle, not limited to test plan creation and manual executionAbility to actively participate in requirements analysis by questioning, validating, and challenging requirements to ensure high-quality delivery from the beginningHands-on experience in both black box and white box testing, including understanding and validation of underlying codeStrong expertise in test automation and development of automated test scriptsExperience working within CI/CD pipelines with awareness of integration and deployment processesHands-on exposure to AWS cloud environments, including EC2 and related cloud resourcesProficiency in technology stack including .NET, JavaScript, Python, and Ruby on RailsStrong database testing experience with SQL ServerExperience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and AWS NovaStrong understanding of manual and automation testing practices and when to apply each effectivelyExperience with API testing and validating backend servicesAbility to collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams in agile environmentsJob Description:The Senior Analyst, IT QA is accountable to ensure product quality for enterprise applications. The role works with various groups and departments within the organization to enforce quality standards throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle. Including leading test execution, test strategy definition, ensuring requirements meet quality standards and performing quality assurance (QA) and validation testing.What you will do:Define test strategy and test plans to ensure quality delivery including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing and negative testing.Lead other QA Analysts for quality assurance efforts for major strategic systems development effortsActively drive quality improvements within agile development teams to ensure requirements are comprehensive and testable and delivery process is optimized for quality outcomes.Support risk assessment and risk discovery for productsExecute testing as neededIdentify and implement opportunities for delivery efficiency including test automation.Uses experience with MS Visual Studio, .Net applications, Java, JavaScript, SQL Server, ETLIn-depth understanding of applications testing with emphasis on web-based and client server applications, APIs, SSIS packages5+ years in quality assurance or systems development roleAbility to view a large picture of multiple projects as well as critical points of each applicationProcess oriented, detailed person with solid organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCreative troubleshooter with strong problem-solving skillsFeel free to forward my email to your friends/colleagues who might be available.
