Behavioral Therapist
Pearl Health Center is seeking Behavioral Health Specialist to provide onsite Behavioral health Interventions. The role of the Behavioral Health Specialist would be conducting in exam room behavioral health assessments and interventions for patients who have a co-morbid diagnosis to facilitate behavioral change. Behavioral health interventions will include brief counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy interventions and education based on identified needs through screening, assessment, and documentation that support the primary care providers diagnosis. This individual provides expertise on psycho social issues, mental health and strategies on facilitating behavioral changes for the patient.
Behavioral Health Specialist work with the Primary Care providers and is an essential part of the patient’s care team.
Behavioral Health Specialist is also responsible for monthly behavioral health reporting and metrics.
Education:
Applicant needs to have a Master's level degree in psychology, social work or related field.
An active License from the OREGON BOARD OF LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS AND THERAPISTS is required. If applicant is still working towards licensure, then they must provide their own clinical supervisors until becoming licensed.
Licensed psychologist

Licensed professional counselor or licensed marriage and family therapist
Certified clinical social work associate
Intern or resident who is working under a board-approved supervisory contract in a clinical mental health field

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
