The Opportunity
Our experienced sales leaders make $2500 - $5000 per week. They spend their time canvassing local neighborhoods, talking to residents about free community solar programs, and helping them join a local solar farm. Qualified candidates will receive:
A comprehensive training program

Requirements
We’re looking for the best D2D (Door-to-Door) player coaches to continue our incredible growth and help us launch new offices and markets. Top candidates will have a proven track record, be motivated by uncapped earning potential, and be seeking high-growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the residential sales team to drive community solar sales initiatives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address their energy needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.
Benefits

A successful manager will earn more than $250,000 per year
