This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities:Own the execution of the online product lifecycle, from launch through markdown, for Thombrowne.comExecute homepage and site merchandising updates across landing pages, category pages, and product listingsBuild and maintain seasonal and core product catalog documentation to ensure launch readiness; track weekly deliveries and ensure accurate product activationPartner with the studio team to coordinate PDP image shoots for seasonal and carryover productsCollaborate with copywriters to support the development and upload of product descriptions and merchandising copySupport the translation process for PDP content across localized languages, working with external partnersMaintain product data, including pricing, attributes, and catalog uploads, ensuring accuracy across systemsPartner cross-functionally with Buying, Production, Logistics, and Marketing to support product flow and site launchesSupport optimization of on-site user journeys, including search, navigation, and filtering, to enhance customer experience and conversionMonitor and report on key performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and trafficTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or site managementBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related fieldExperience working with ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and retail systemsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with data and reportingStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailClear and effective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsAble to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProactive, adaptable, and eager to learnWHAT WE OFFER YOUCompetitive compensation.
