Senior Litigation Paralegal (Class Actions)
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic Senior Litigation Paralegal with hands-on litigation and class action experience to join the team at one of our most well-respected law firm clients! PLEASE NOTE:Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm MT, including lunch hourThe position is hybrid (three days in the office per week) in Denver, COThe role is OT and bonus eligibleWe are looking for someone who has at least six years of experience in all phases of complex litigation, including going to trialClass action experience is requiredRESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all stages of litigation from intake through trial and resolutionMaintain well-organized electronic case filesManage large-scale document productions throughout the lifecycle of a matter, utilizing Relativity and other eDiscovery platformsCalculate, docket, and monitor deadlines by researching and applying court rules across multiple jurisdictions to ensure accurate calendaring and complianceAdhere to established firm systems, workflows, and iManage naming conventionsPrepare and review legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documentsEnsure accuracy and compliance with court rules and formatting requirements for all documents, and complete precise Bluebook citations prior to filingCoordinate and oversee all aspects of trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, trial presentations, and onsite trial supportPerform comprehensive legal and factual cite-checking and proofreading to confirm adherence to applicable citation and filing requirementsCollaborate closely with attorneys to support litigation strategy in class action and other complex litigation mattersMonitor the procedural posture of class actions to anticipate certification, discovery, and trial-phase requirements and proactively surface issues to the legal teamMaintain oversight of complex discovery workflows, including phased productions, privilege review coordination, and compliance with court-ordered discovery protocolsDevelop and maintain case-specific workflows and checklists to support efficiency, consistency, and defensibility in high-volume, multi-party mattersAssist with appellate filings REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree Minimum of six years of litigation and trial experienceClass action experience Proficiency in legal research tools, including WestlawExpertise in locating and interpreting court rulesSolid expertise in Bluebooking for cite-checking briefsExperience with iManage or a similar document management toolExperience with Relativity/other eDiscovery platforms
